Output Quality
SynergyPix converts raster images to vector graphics using automated tracing algorithms. The quality of the output depends on the complexity, resolution, and color composition of the source image. We do not guarantee that the converted vector file will be a pixel-perfect reproduction of the original. Complex photographs, images with gradients, or images with many colors may produce simplified or approximate results.
This limitation applies to all plans, including Pro. The conversion quality on every plan is directly tied to the quality of the source file. A clean, high-resolution image with flat colors and sharp edges will produce a more accurate vector than a blurry, low-resolution, or heavily compressed file, regardless of the plan or quality setting selected.
The Service is best suited for logos, icons, illustrations, and other flat-color artwork. It is not a substitute for professional manual vectorization where exact fidelity is required.
Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and convert any image you submit to the Service. SynergyPix does not verify ownership or licensing of uploaded images. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization may constitute infringement of third-party rights. We accept no liability for your use of images you do not own or are not licensed to use.

Third-Party Services
The Pro tier uses the VectoSolve API for conversion processing. SynergyPix does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party processing are subject to the terms and limitations of those services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynergyPix and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
