What to Expect

Conversion quality depends on your source file, not just your plan.

Source File Quality

The converter traces what it sees. A clean, high-resolution image with flat colors and sharp edges will produce a precise vector. A blurry, low-resolution, or heavily compressed file will produce an approximate result regardless of the plan or quality setting selected.

Best Source Types

Logos, icons, line art, and flat-color illustrations convert with the highest fidelity. Complex photographs, gradients, and images with many colors will produce simplified or approximate vector output. For those cases, the Pro plan's VectoSolve engine handles complexity better than the standard engine.

Quality Indicators

After you upload, SynergyPix analyzes your image and displays a quality rating. A Simple rating indicates clean source material likely to produce an accurate vector. Moderate means some detail may be approximated. Complex means the source has characteristics that limit tracing accuracy.

Plan Differences

Free and Power User plans use the same standard tracing engine. The difference is volume: Free allows 5 conversions per day, Power User is unlimited for 30 days. The Pro plan adds the VectoSolve AI engine for 100 premium conversions per month, which handles more complex source material with better path accuracy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does output quality depend on my source image?

Yes. Every plan uses the same tracing process, which reads the pixel data in your source file. A clean, high-resolution image with flat colors and sharp edges will produce an accurate vector. A blurry, low-resolution, or heavily compressed file will produce a less accurate result regardless of which plan or quality setting you choose.

What types of images convert best?

Logos, icons, line art, and flat-color illustrations convert with the highest fidelity. Complex photographs, images with gradients, and images with many colors will produce simplified or approximate results. For complex source material, the Pro plan's VectoSolve engine handles multi-color and detailed images better than the standard engine.

What image formats are accepted?

SynergyPix accepts PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, and WebP files up to 10 MB.

What vector formats can I download?

SVG is available on all plans. EPS and PDF export are available on Power User and Pro plans.

Do I need an account?

Yes. A free account is required to use SynergyPix. Registration takes under a minute and requires only an email address and password. This allows your conversion history and plan status to follow you across devices and browsers.

What is the difference between Power User and Pro?

Power User provides unlimited standard engine conversions for 30 days at a one-time cost of $4.99. Pro provides 100 premium AI conversions per month using the VectoSolve engine, plus unlimited standard processing after that limit, for $9.99 per month.

Is my uploaded image stored on your servers?

Free and Power User conversions are processed entirely in your browser. Your image is never sent to our servers. Pro conversions are sent to the VectoSolve API for processing and are not retained after the conversion is complete.
